Account deletion

Open account settings in Signum and choose Delete account. If you cannot sign in or finish deletion, contact us from your account email when possible. Never send your password, sign-in code or payment details.

Report or block someone

Use the profile safety menu in the app to report or block a person. You can also contact support with the relevant profile and a short description. Avoid sending unnecessary personal information.

Beta feedback

Include your iPhone model, iOS version and the steps that led to the issue. Crop private conversations or other personal details out of screenshots.
