Signum Me — Privacy notice

Who operates Signum
Signum Me (called Signum in the app) is a Morphyhead product. Contact: morphyheadapp@gmail.com.
Information we process
Apple or Google authentication provides account identifiers and the information you authorize the provider to share, which can include an email address or an Apple relay address. We do not receive your Apple or Google password.
We store your profile name, birth date, gender, dating preferences, selected hashtags, biography, photos and selected city/district. We also store guesses, connection approvals, messages, blocks, reports and service-usage counters. Authentication and hosting providers may process technical connection and security logs.
How we use information
We use account data to authenticate you, profile data and preferences to suggest people, and interaction data to deliver the guessing and messaging features. Blocks, reports and usage limits help protect users and the service. We use support correspondence to respond to requests.
Who can see information
Eligible users can see your discovery photos, name and age. Connected users can access additional profile information, including hashtags and location, under the app's access rules. Messages are shared with your conversation partner. Messages are not end-to-end encrypted. Do not include sensitive personal information in public profile text or hashtags.
Supabase provides authentication, database and photo storage. Apple and Google process sign-in requests. When you search for a location, your search text and selected place identifier are sent through our backend to Google Places. If you choose Find my location, device location services obtain coordinates and resolve a locality; the app saves city/district rather than GPS coordinates in your profile. Location permission is optional and can be changed in device settings. We do not run background location tracking.
The current app does not integrate advertising SDKs or sell personal information. Hosting and sign-in providers process information under their own terms as well as applicable service agreements.
Retention and deletion
Profile and interaction records remain while your account is active unless you remove them or use a relevant in-app control. Clearing a chat hides your past messages from your own view; it does not erase your partner's copy. Blocking and hiding your discovery profile do not delete your account.
Use account settings to request account deletion. After authentication and successful processing, the app removes account photos and deletes the authentication account and associated application records. A failed deletion can be retried; contact support if you cannot complete it. Provider logs, backups and legally required records need a separately confirmed retention schedule; this draft does not promise immediate removal from those systems.
Your choices and requests
You can edit your profile, change device permissions, stop appearing in discovery, block users and delete your account. Contact morphyheadapp@gmail.com to request access, correction, deletion or other applicable data rights. We may need proportionate identity verification. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to object, restrict processing, obtain a portable copy or complain to a supervisory authority. Withdrawing optional permission does not undo processing already performed.
Age and beta testing
Signum is for people aged 18 and over. Report a suspected underage account through the app or contact support. During the closed beta, profiles explicitly named “Test” are fictional fixtures and are not real people available for dating. Apple separately processes TestFlight feedback and diagnostics under its own policies.
Changes
Material changes to this notice will be communicated through the service. The published version will identify its effective date.
